What if we used the Internet to reconnect neighborhood families and rebuild our community relationships?

We’re busy building an innovative online networking tool that your family, friends, and neighbors can connect easily with each other for fun, support, and encouragement! Sign up below to be among the first to get a sneak at NeighborNet:

The Neighborhood Network is a simple to use community information clearinghouse. Families are encouraged to broaden their inter-family relationships beyond just a two or three home radius.
  1. Enables neighborhoods to publicize local news, coming events and social/political collaboration forums.
  2. Allows residents to publicize group outings, block parties, yard sales and classified ads.
  3. Helps to implement “Neighborhood Watch” and crime prevention and enforcement programs.
  4. Builds a sense of community awareness, involvement and pride.
  5. Enables people to learn what works and what doesn’t in other neighborhoods.
  6. Improves inter-family involvement, support, and protection.
  7. Facilitates improved carpooling and multiple family outings.
  8. Enables parents to browse through a list of available baby-sitters complete with names and phone numbers of personal references.
  9. Helps disseminate information within homeowner’s associations and apartment complexes.
  10. Gives kids a way to communicate with their friends late at night or during inclement weather without having to leave the safety of their home.
  11. Allows the family to search for events and activities within a given radius from home.
